CampKashIT200802 is proposed to be a technology community event where Kashmir IT fraternity can get together and discuss/rant/brain-storm/share opinions about Technologies, Trends, Mobile Internet, Hacking, Blogging, VLogs, web… everything about the Technology that interests us. As said before, “It’s about geekery and having a focal point for great ideas.”
Attendees are strongly encouraged to give a demo, a session, or help with one. You can help by taking notes on the wiki, blogging about the event, helping to promote the event, or helping with logistics. This is a community event and every body needs to do something.
A special focus will be on students guidance and career explorations. Students undergoing training in IT and allied fields are welcome to take an advantage of this unique opportunity. IT companies of the valley shall be coming together at one place and talking about technology.
Camp KashIT is a 100% Non-Profit/Community even. This even does not belong to any commercial entity. This event belongs to everyone. Target of this event is to make growth of IT community possible around this event.
This is the first ever camp going to be held in Kashmir. In future, this event will take place around 2-3 times every year. Providing a common platform to share ideas, goals and vision for Kashmiri IT fraternity.
If you are associated with IT in any way, please do make it a poit come. Let’s make this even as inclusive as possible. People from all fields of Kasmir IT industry are welcomed be it hardware, software, infrastructure or consumers.
